Eesti Keeles

Nagu ka eelmistel aastatel, toimub selle aasta AniMatsuril (25. septembril 2011 Tartus) cosplay võistlus, kus saab ilusate kostüümide ja toreda esinemise eest auhindu. Lisaks tavalisele, AniMatsuri-sisesele konkursile on sellel aastal cosplayeritel võimalus osa võtta Euroopa Cosplay Meistrivõistlusest, mille finaal toimub 29. oktoobril 2011 Londonis.

Kategooriad

Põhikonkurss toimub kolmes kategoorias:

  1. Defilé – kostüümi esitlemine publikule (kujutage ette moeshow). Eesmärk on näidata oma cosplay’d võimalikult hästi – poseerida kaamerate ees, olla niisama kena. Defilé’d võib teha kas üksi või mitmekesi ja defilé’l on ajapiirang. Üksi on see 40 sekundit, suurema gruppiga 2 minutit. Kui arvate, et jääb väheks, võime jõuda kokkuleppele.
    Kui soovite defilé taustaks lasta muusikat, palume eelnevalt töödelda sobiva pikkusega audiofail ja saata see koos avaldusega.
  2. Tants - hinnatakse nii kostüümi, esineja tantsuoskust kui ka koreograafiat. Ka tantsu saab esitada üksi või mitmekesi. Ühe tantsija puhul on ajapiiranguks 1.5 minutit, grupitants ei tohiks olla pikem kui 3 minutit. Taustamuusika palume eelnevalt töödelda ja saata koos avaldusega.
  3. Sketch – lavastage naljakas/huvitav/põnev lühinäidend kasutades oma karaktereid. Grupp võib koosneda mitmest inimesest, võib kasutada oma lavadekoratsioone, lihtsamate asjadega (toolid jms) võime ise aidata. Laval pole lubatud mikrofoni kasutamine, seega taustamuusika ja dialoog tuleks eelnevalt töödelda ühte helifaili ja saata koos avaldusega.

EuroCosplay2011 Eesti eelvoor

Lisaks sellele toimub EuroCosplay Eesti eelvoor, millel on omaette reeglid:

    • Osaleda võib ainult üksi.
    • Osaleja peab olema 28. oktoobriks 2011 vähemalt 18-aastane
    • Osaleja peab ise valmistama oma kostüümi – selle tõendiks palume näidata ka kostüümi valmimise progressi pilte.
    • Osaleja ei pea kandma finaalis sama kostüümi mis eelvoorus.
    • Hinnatakse eelkõige kostüümi täpsust ja konstruktsiooni

EuroCosplay’l oodatakse teilt 1-2.5 minuti pikkust etteastet, täpsemaid nõudmisi pole sätitud, kuna soovitakse, et iga riigi cosplayer oleks omamoodi. Et aru saada mis üritus see on, võite vaadata eelmise aasta videoid siit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HpUoj1KX7io&feature=related

AniMatsuri eelvooru võitja saab õiguse esitada Eestit EuroCosplay2011 finaalis 29. oktoobril Londonis. Peaauhind AniMatsuri EuroCosplay eelvoorul sisaldab endas:

  • Tasuta transport Eestist
  • Tasuta majutus kaheks päevaks (28.10 ja 29.10) Londonis
  • Tasuta külalispääsmed Londoni MCM Expole osalejale ja ühele saatjale
  • Ligipääs EuroCosplay pidustustele ja lavatagustele ruumidele osalejale ja ühele saatjale

Registreerimine

Registreerimiseks on vaja täita ankeet ja saata see koos kõikide vajalike materjalidega aadressil stopa@anime.ee hiljemalt 1. septembriks 2011. Avaldusega on vaja saata:

  • Õigeks pikkuseks töödeldud taustamuusika MP3 failina
  • Karakteri pilt
  • Cosplay pilt/pildid
  • Kui osalete EuroCosplay eelvoorus, siis ka pilte kostüümi progressist.

Kui osalete rohkem kui ühe etteastega (näiteks kui võtate osa defilést üksi ja tantsite koos sõpradega), tuleb iga ettenduse jaoks saata eraldi avaldus.

Hindamine ja auhinnad

Kõiki osalejaid hindab žürii. Igast kategooriast valitakse üks osaleja või grupp, lisaks saab auhinna ka üks publiku lemmik.

In English

Like every year, this year’s AniMatsuri (September 25th, 2011) will have a cosplay competition, where people with best costumes and performance have a chance to win multiple prizes. This time, along with the usual competition we will hold the Estonian qualifier round for EuroCosplay championship, which takes place on October 29th 2011 in London.

Categories

The main competition is held in 4 categories:

  1. Defilé – think fashion show. Your mission is to show off your cosplay as well as possible – strike a couple of poses in front of the cameras, walk around on the stage, stuff like that. You can perform by yourself or with your friends. Solo performances have time limit of 40 seconds, groups get 2 minutes. If you think that this won’t be enough for your performance, write to us and we can come to an agreement.
    If you wish to use background music, please mix the audio by yourself and include it with the application.
  2. Dance – judges pay attention to your costumes as well as choreography and your overall dance skills. You can either dance by yourself or organize a bigger show with multiple participants. Dancing also has a time limit – 1.5 minutes for solo performance, 3 minutes for groups. Please mix the music beforehand and include it with the application.
  3. Sketch – stage a funny/interesting short play with your characters. The group can consist of many people and you are allowed to use any stage props you deem necessary. We can provide easier decorations, such as chairs, tables etc. As you are not allowed to use microphones on stage, please mix the dialogue along with the background music into a single audio file and include it with the application

EuroCosplay 2011

This year we also hold a qualifying round for EuroCosplay championship, which has it’s own rules:

  • Only solo performances
  • The participant must be at least 18 years old by October 28th 2011
  • The participant must create the costume by themself. Please include some work-in-progress pictures to prove that fact.
  • The participant isn’t obliged to wear the same costume in the finals and the qualifying round.
  • Judges primarily grade the accuracy and technique of your costume.

At EuroCosplay, you are expected to put up a 1-2.5 minute performance. There are no strict rules as to what the performance should be as the organisators expect performance from each country to be unique. The winner of the AniMatsuri qualifying round gets the right to represent Estonia in the finals, which take place on October 29th in London. The main prize of the qualifier round includes:

  • Free transport to and from London
  • Free accocomdation for two days (28.10 and 29.10) in a hotel in London
  • Free guest passes to London MCM Expo for the participant and one guest
  • Access to EuroCosplay backstage and other festivities for the participant and one guest

Registration

To register for the cosplay competition you need to fill in an application and send it along with other required material to stopa@anime.ee by September 1st 2010. You need to include the following things:

  • Background music, mixed into a single MP3 file of appropriate length
  • Picture of your character
  • Photo(s) of your cosplay
  • If you are applying for EuroCosplay, also include work-in-progress pictures of your costume

If you plan to partake in multiple categories (for example, defilé and dance), you need to send a separate application for each category.

Evaluation

All participants will be judged by a jury. One participant or group will be chosen from each category and a special award will be given to the participants who will gain most votes from the audience.

В этом году, как обычно, на АниМатсури (25. сентября 2011) будет конкурс косплея, где за красивые костюмы и интересные выступления можно получить всякие призы. Кроме обычного конкурса в этом году также состоится Эстонский отборочный раунд на EuroCosplay 2011, финал которого будет 29. октября в Лондоне.

Категории

Главный конкурс проходит в 3х категориях

  1. Дефиле – Показ костюма публике (вроде показа мод). Цель – показать свой костюм как можно лучше – позировать перед камерами итд. Выступать можно по одиночке или группами. Одиночное выступление не может быть длиннее 40 секунд, группам дано 2 минуты. Желаемую фоновую музыку просим заранее обработать и прислать вместе с заявлением.
  2. Танец – жюри обращает внимание так на костюмы как на кореографию и умение танцевать. Танцевать можно одному или группой. Время для соло выступлений – 1.5мин, для групп - 3 мин. Желаемую фоновую музыку просим заранее обработать и прислать вместе с заявлением.
  3. Скетч – поставьте весёлую/интересную сценку с участвием ваших персонажей. Группа может состоять из нескольких людей, можно использовать свои декорации, простые декорации (столья, стулья итд) можем найти сами. На сцене нет возможности использовать микрофон – диалог и музыку просим заранее записать в один МП3 фаил.

Эстонский отборочный раунд EuroCosplay 2011

У EuroCosplay свои правила :

  • Принимаются только сольные выступления
  • Возрост участника должен быть как минимум 18 лет к 28. октября 2011
  • Костюм должен быть приготовлен самим участником – просим прислать фотографии прогресса костюма
  • В финале и в отборочном раунде можно носить разные костюмы
  • Оценивают в первую очередь точность и конструкцию костюма

На EuroCosplay следует приготовить выступление длиной 1-2.5 мин. Точных требований нет – организаторы надеются что выступление каждой страны будет уникальное. Видео прошлогоднего конкурса можно смотреть тут: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HpUoj1KX7io&feature=related

Победитель отборочного раунда АниМатсури получит право представлять Эстонию на финале EuroCosplay 29. октября в Лондоне. Главный приз отборочного раунда содержит:

  • Бесплатный транспорт из Эстонии и обратно
  • Безплатный ночлег в Лондоне на 2 дня (28.10 и 29.10)
  • Бесплатные гостевые пропуски на MCM Expo в Лондоне для участника и одного гостя
  • Доступ к закулисам и празднованиям EuroCosplay для участника и одного гостя

Регистрация

Чтобы зарегистрироваться надо прислать заполненную анкету со всеми нужными дополнениями на stopa@anime.ee не позже 1. сентября 2011. Вместе с анкетой надо прислать:

  • Фоновую музыку в формате МП3
  • Картину персонажа
  • Фотографии косплея
  • Если участвуете в EuroCosplay, просим прислать фотографии прогресса создания костюма

Если хотите участвовать с несколькими шоу, следует отправить отдельную анкету для каждого шоу.

Оценивание и призы

Всех участников судит жюри. Из каждой категории будет выбран один участник или одна группа и ещё есть возможность получить приз зрительских симпатий.
